It is excellent, Ilya help you to understand what do you want for your hair and sticks into your desires. Really good experience and a really nice talk. I loved my hair afterwards.

I was visiting from Philly and needed a haircut badly. It's always scary to go to a new stylist. Never know what to expect! I was very pleased with the cut I got from Constantina. She does a "dry cut", cutting before the shampoo. Then shampoo, then finishing the cut. Great results.

The shop was clean and classy. Price reasonable. Would definitely go back!

Konstantina is an artist. The salon is beautiful and welcoming. I am so happy with my hair cut and color. So lucky to have found this salon. The prices are competitive depending on what you are having done. I had the works, haircut, balayage, gloss and blow dry. Happy to have found this gem!

DO NOT GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE HERE!!!

Elegance Beauty Salon has a lot of excuses of why they have negative reviews. I didn't want to have to write one.

The salon was empty on a Saturday afternoon when I arrived, except for one person getting their hair done. The staff was pleasant. The hair services were good, nothing to brag about, but good.

The main reason for my review is because I am appalled that a salon (or any business) would advertise and sell a service they are not qualified or trained to do! Elegance Salon does NOT have a qualified make-up artist or someone who has the skill to apply make-up and they are charging $80+ for a make-up application! That is an atrocious way of doing business and very deceiving!

I specifically called in advance to ensure the staff was qualified for the services I wanted. It is sad that you have to do that these days, but this type of experience is the reason you do.

After seeing the awful job this lady did, i wiped/riped that make-up off my face. With no time to spare, I ended up having to do my own make-up for the event, which stinks because I wanted it professionally done.

None of us were happy with the make-up! I had to fix my Mom's make-up to look presentable!

It was not about the type of make-up that they had available, the lady doing the make-up did not have the skill! It is also NOT a matter of opinion, SHE HAD NO SKILL!!!

Shame on you Elegance Beauty Salon management! Are you that desperate for business? If it was not for the make-up, I would not have written any review...not a good one, not a bad one.

TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY THAT YOU DON'T HAVE A QUALIFIED PERSON FOR MAKEUP!!!! I took the make-up off as soon as I saw it, nobody asked me to! I was never going to walk out looking like that! The lady was very nice and I felt bad having to do that. NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF YOU HAD JUST SAID: 'NO SORRY, WE DON'T OFFER MAKE-UP APPLICATION AT THIS TIME'!!!

I was only going to leave a review here, but your lack of accountability leads me to believe more people need to be aware!

Konstantine is amazing! She did exactly what I wanted her to do and more! She's very nice and friendly and you can trust that she'll do a very good job on your hair. Totally recommend her!

I absolutely adore Tristan! He's funny, makes a mean cup of coffee and does hair better than anyone else. Whenever I come in and show him pictures he's ready to help me figure out how to get that look and what will look best. Plus he's affordable! Check out my before and after photos and tell me he isn't a hair god!!!!

This place has gone to shit with new owners. They raised the prices of everything by 40%. Their are a few quality workers, but they cant control the price. New owners are very greedy and ungrateful for their workers. They forced mandatory price increases to clients that have been coming for years. Myself included.
IN CONCLUSION, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Worst haircut I have ever got in my life. To start the haircut, she waterboarded me during my wash and didn't even apologize or help dry me off. She then couldn't understand that I only wanted a trim and demanded a picture. With that being said, I left the salon with about 6 inches off. I was also looking for a nice blow out after with some volume and I received close to my natural hair in terms of style and less volume then I walked in with. 0 stars on top of it being pricey. My first red flag should have been that there was only one other customer in there during "busy hours".

My new favorite salon! Owned by the warmest, kindest French family! A beautiful salon to say the least and the employees are extremely skilled. I am so impressed! I'm not going anywhere else! 100/10!!

I loved my experience!! I have had some not-so-great haircuts over the years at budget places and decided to step it up and trust someone at Elegance.

The prices are affordable, I paid around $60 with tip for a shampoo and cut. It was relaxing and clean. They were also really mindful of covid regulations and I felt comfortable.

I walked in feeling unsure about what haircut I would want to get and my stylist was so friendly and encouraging and helpful and I get complimented on my haircut often. I feel like it really suits me and is exactly what I was hoping for.
